Gates is leading manufacturer of innovative thermoplastic polyurethane power transmission and conveyor belts.
TPU belts are extruded long lenghts roll that are available as open end belts, endless welded bealts and fabricated belts.
Polyurethane:
Thermoplastic resin (allows thermal bonding)
• 92 shore A, 85 shore A, FDA grade
• Low Temperature -30° to +50°C
• antistatic
Cords:
Parallel cord construction.
• Steel, Steel high flex, reinforced Steel, stainless Steel
• Aramid®
Nylon :
• NT (Nylon Tooth), NB (Nylon Back) or NTB (Nylon Tooth and Back)
